He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Dorothy; and his siblings, Carol and Joe. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Anneken; his children, Amy Anneken (Paul Usher) and Dennis Anneken (Leslie); his siblings, Steve (Kathy), Tom (Diane), Jan, Mary Durham, Patricia Kuhl (Jim) and Rose Franks (Brad); and his grandchildren, Randy, Barb Nall (Rusty) and Joyce.
