He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Burns and Adeline Burns (Juart); and his siblings, Bobby, Edna May, Charlene and Ernie Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Irwin; his children, Carole Lynn Oaks of Washingtonville, Jannette Mathews (Ray) of Enon Valley, PA, Jonathan Burns (Traci) of Canastota, NY and Matthew Burns (Angela) of Youngstown; and his sister Hazel Sullivan of Ravenna. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
