He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Patricia Ann Walters (Conner). He is survived by: his children, Jacob (Keri) and Leslie Walters; and his siblings, Terry Walters, Julia Hicks (Faron), Ruth Tyree, Madeline Tyree (Rick) and Kevin Walters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other friends.
