He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdell Black and Margie Black (Koch). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Black; his children, Jarrod Black (Dawn Adams) of Clyde, OH and Tiffany Brock (Toby) of Green Springs, OH; his brother Scott Black (Linda) of Clyde, OH; his grandchildren, Eric Adams (Lindsey Flick), Kyleigh Black, John, Paris, Braxton and Emily Brock; and his great grandchildren, Alivia and Sophia Adams.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family.
