He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Kollat (Billman) and Max Kollat; and his former spouse Suann L. Moon. He is survived by: his wife Marci Cox; his children, Karla Horning (Steve) of Bellevue, Lorie Cornell (Richard) of Concord, MI, Steve Kollat (Shannon) of Mountain Home, ID, Mike Moseman (Shawna) of Waco, TX, Monica Moseman of Bellevue and Mark Moseman of Fremont; his grandchildren, Karlie, Nathanael, Autumn, Christopher, Zachary, Cody, Brandon, Amanda, Debra Jade, Kylie, Marcus, Marissa, Makayla and Colbee; and his sister Shirley Andrews of Sykesville, MD..
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Homes (218 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
