She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey Hartshorn and Nellie Hines Hartshorn; her siblings, Charles Hartshorn (Betty), Eileen Stevens and Marlene Hartshorn; and her son-in-law Greg Baker.
She is survived by: her close friend Norman Price of Pomeroy, Ohio; her children, David Piatt of Graysville, Duane Piatt (Trish) of Fancy Gap, Virginia and Chris Baker of Lewisville, Ohio; her brother Don Hartshorn (Emily) of Woodsfield, Ohio; her grandchildren, Nikki Lude (Jeremy) of Lewisville, Ohio and Carson Piatt of Fancy Gap, Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Greer and Blain Lude. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
