She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence B. Jacobs and Zelia Mildred Jacobs (Young); her husband Marion E. Hounshell; and her brother-in-law Howard L. "Pete" Hounshell. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Sorrell (Carl Edward); her sister Mary Sue Hounshell; her nieces, Vicki, Veronica and April; and her nephew Scott (Katherine). She is also survived by numerous other family members and special friends.
