She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Obe Lowe and Ollie Lowe (Allen); her husbands, Jay Dee Forrer and Delbert Bowman; her sons, Donald Forrer (Janet), Kenneth Forrer (Rich), Rodney Forrer (Carrie) and Kevin Forrer (Karen); her brothers, Jerry Lowe and Wally Newman; her sister-in-law Joyce Newman of Miamisburg, OH.; her grandson Kenneth Forrer; her great grandchild Abby; and her siblings, Patty Kurtz, Pam Snyder and Phillip Newman. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
