With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Monroe (Gratis, Ohio), who passed away on April 14, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Nicoson (Doug); her parents, Stanley Cooper and Ruby Cooper; and her brothers, Jack Cooper and Paul Duncil.

She is survived by: her sons, Terrance Monroe and Michael Monroe (Kathy); and her sister Delores Duncil. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
