She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel D. Lawson and Ellen Lawson (Luster); her siblings, Ovie, Arby Lawson, Ida B. Wells, Orville G. Lawson, Orena Ginter, Ora Ethel Welch, Emma Wilson and Lenzie Lawson; her sister-in-law Mary Lawson; and her grandson James R. Berry.
She is survived by: her husband James J. Goodwin; her daughter Sherry E. Taulbee (Dave); and her grandchildren, Colby E. Berry (Teresa), Jody Berry (Cyndi), Austin J. Berry, Holli J. Berry and Jaydan Berry. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
