She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Johnson (Kim) of Eaton, OH., Patrick Johnson (Diane), West Elkton and Stacy Johnson (Tammy) of West Alexandria, OH.; her grandchildren, Chase, Trenton, Amber, Allison, Aaron and Suzan; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Ava, Scarlett, Valyn and McKenna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
