He was predeceased by: his son Mark Lee; his brothers, Randy, Herbert and Raymond Johnson; his stepson Mark Mobley; and his stepgrandson Nathan Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Johnson; his children, Tracy Alan Johnson, David Frederick Johnson (Rebecca), Jeffrey Scott Johnson (Carrie) and Dianna Kay Walter (Dwight); his grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, Anna, Zachary, Esme, Jasmine, Jude, Jonathon, Kathleen and David; his stepchildren, Gwen Hart Franz (Steve) and Micah Hart (Amy); his stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Micah and Alicia; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cade and Brice; his brother Jerry Johnson; and his nephew Kristopher Johnson. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
