He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" Rigsby (Diana) of Gratis, OH, Jenny Newkirk-Gilbert of Gratis, OH and Tammy Smith (Dale) of Gratis, OH; his grandchildren, Justin Newkirk, Tara Newport, Erica Zornes, Jessie Clark, Taylor Rigsby, Hayley Rigsby, Brittany Smith and Dustin Smith; and his siblings, Bernel Rigsby (Susie) of Fort Meyers, FL, Bob Rigsby of Lenore, NC and Beverly Smith of Scottsburg, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
