Mildred Viola McKenzie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 99, Mildred Viola McKenzie of Gratiot, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David V. Sidle and Velva Sidle (Victor); her husband Hugh A. McKenzie; her daughter-in-law Sharon McKenzie; and her siblings, Dale Sidle (June), Roy Sidle (Eleanor), Chester, Kenneth Sidle and Eleanor Robison (Herbert).
She is survived by: her children, Vivian A. McKenzie and Thomas R. "Bob" McKenzie; her grandchildren, Brian, Brad, Brett McKenzie, Matt McCorkle (Heather) and Christa McElfresh (John); her siblings, Wayne Sidle (Myrna), Marjorie Schmitt and Verna Smith (Carl Dean); and her sister-in-law Evelyn Sidle. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, memorials, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Disabled Veterans of America or the Wounded Warrior Project.
