He was predeceased by: his parent Finnish; and his wife Marta Gonzalez Klemetti. He is survived by: his son Erik Klemetti; his daughter-in-law Susan Klemetti (Glover); his grandchildren, Esa of Granville and Hazel Klemetti of Granville; his daughter Kristina Klemetti; his sisters, Mary Gillies (Klemetti) and Barbara Stayton (Klemetti); his nieces and nephews, Maria Eugenia Lochner (Annapolis, MD), Federico Benitez, Sebastian Benitez, Erik Stayton of Tacoma, WA, Michael, Tom and Kathy Barrows; and also, Pat D'Onofrio and Nic D'Onofrio of Elmhurst, IL.
