He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Hollinger and Esther Hollinger; his former wife Chloe Ann Stark Hollinger; his wife Lana Lee Hamler Hollinger; and his sister Donna Hollinger Maynard.
He is survived by: his great-uncle George; his friend Jerry Reveal; his family, Daddy, Mama, Scott, Marshall and Wendy; his nephew Sev Maynard; his children, Scott (Judy Hollinger), Marshall (Teresa Hollinger) and Wendy Hollinger (Dale Ratcliff); his stepdaughter LaRisha Giehl of Groveport, OH; his grandchildren, Andrew, Tim, Libby and Chris; his stepgranddaughter Cierra; and his great grandchildren, Peter, Asher, Cogley and Hank.
