He is survived by: his wife Rita Ann Rucker; his children, Vicki Lynn Rucker, Brenda Kay Rucker, Stepahanie Kim Winters and Stephen Gary Rucker Jr.; his grandchildren, Lindsay Rucker, Christopher Lombardo, Aaron Lombardo, Cheyanna Emmerson and Zachary Rucker; his great grandchildren, Destiny Shumway, Nolan Lombardo and Reese Lombardo; and his siblings, Richard Rucker, Noel Rucker, Starley Cannon and Jeff Rucker. He is also survived by his family and friends.
