DeVault of Granville, Ohio, born in Newark, Ohio, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Darkes and Rachel Darkes (Hughes); her husband John L. DeVault; and her sister Patricia Cunningham. She is survived by: her daughter Gina DeVault of Newark; and her sister Kay George (John) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorial contributions to Heath Christian Union Church or Hospice of Central Ohio.
