She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Leffel; her daughters, Michelle Cook (John) and Bethanne Leffel-Ployhar; her grandchildren, Alex Rakich, Lindsey Rakich, Brynna Rakich, Abby Cook, Jack Cook (Paige), Julian Ployhar, Tristan Ployhar and Farryn Ployhar; her siblings, Dave Bunnell (RuthAnn) and Emmalee Amundson; her nieces and nephews, Derek, Douglas, Andrea Bunnell, Zachary and Rachael Amundson; her cousin NJ; her close friend Kathy Carter Bundy; and also, Kelly Hart (Rodney) and Jason Bundy (Katie).

Julian, Tristan and Farryn were instrumental in their grandmother's Alzheimer's care.
