He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Oliver (Brian), Elizabeth Blackburn (Mark) and Amy Blankenship; and his grandchildren, Divena Smith, Shad Pollock, Jeran Pollock, Zachary Blackburn, Dustin Blackburn, Mason Blackburn, Brayden Blackburn, Ben Johnson (Dane), Madeline Adkins (David) and Megan Kilby (Kelley). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
