He was predeceased by: his father Franklin E. Williams; and his wife Kathia E. Stout-Williams. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kourtney Stout and Kristopher Stout; his stepgrandchildren, Konner, Skye, Dravin, Kyah, Silas, Sybil and Sayj; and his stepgreat-grandchild Kenleigh.
