Philipps (Turner); his children, Star Kinser (John) of Heath, Sheila Metheny (Mark) of Newark, Dan Philipps (Susanne) of Stroudsburg, PA, David Philipps of Granville, Larry Yoder of Newark and Steve Yoder of Glenford; his grandchildren, Valerie Philipps, Samantha Philipps, Adam Philipps, Abigale Philipps, Eric Anderson, Heather Anderson, Shannon Minot, Jennifer Johnson and Britney Yoder; and his great grandchildren, Ariana Philipps, Ryan Anderson, Lucy Krivda, Morgan Minot, Elden Minot and Kaedyn Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
