He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Theisen and Eleanor Theisen; and his brother Henry. He is survived by: his children, Chris (Kelly Theisen), Kayla (Spencer Baldwin) and Caitlin (Sean Vollenweider); his siblings, Barbara Sowa (Andy) and Kenneth Theisen; his sister-in-law Virginia Theisen; his close friend Lynn Rausch; his sons, Matthew (Jessica Dickinson), Jacob Dickinson and Andy (Katie Dickinson); and his grandchildren, Frankie, Matty, Ray, Aiden, Ashten, Braelynn, Dryden and Lilly.
