She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh V. Braun and Vera Irene Braun (Dobbins); her husband Lloyd E. Philipps; her sons, Michael Philipps and David Philipps; her siblings, Raynald Brown, Ruth Wagers and Roma Litzinger; and her grandson Anthony Barsotti.
She is survived by: her children, Bud Philipps (Mary), Becky Bush, Robin Lantz, Tim Philipps, Luann Barsotti (Tony) and Sara Faller (Mike); and her brother Ronald Brown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Donations may be made in memory of Rhea to the American Red Cross.
