She is survived by: her children, Elise MacPhee (Jim) of Newark and John R. Jordan of Corbett, Oregon; her grandchildren, Katie Swartz (Paul) of Heath and Allie LaForce (Nick) of Granville; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Jaxon, Jaycee Swartz, Meredith and Isabelle LaForce; and her brother Jack Lesley (Mary) of Bay City, Texas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
