He was predeceased by: his grandfather Wallace Burns; his aunt Sandy Foster; and his uncle Craig Foster. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Foster of Granville and Tammy Foster (Burns) of Granville; his sisters, Meredith and Ellie; his grandparents, Mike Foster, Sandra Foster of Circleville and Sandra Burns of So; his aunts, Pam Smith (Steve) of Circleville and Brenda Garrett Foster of Powell; and also, Chelsea Boltenhouse (Nathan), Anna Horne (Gary), Nate, Sam and Aubrey Smith.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations on Nick's behalf to Nationwide Children's Hospital Behavioral Health.
