He is survived by: his wife Joan Kelly; his children, Chip Greene (Vanessa Webb) of Boston, Tim Greene (Lisa), Carolyn Greene of Boulder and Elizabeth Greene of Arcata, California; and his grandchildren, Neil Greene, Claire Greene, Alison Greene, Shepard Greene, Jacqueline Greene, Peter Goetz, Charlie Goetz, Taylor Appy, Harper Appy, Madeline Greene, Finn Greene and Hazel Wenzel-Greene.
