She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Taylor and Irma G. Taylor (Williams); her husband William "Bill" C. Hendey; and her sister Phyllis A. Taylor. She is survived by: her sons, Peter G. (Carolyn), William S. (Anne), Gerard L., Paul C. and Daniel F. (Elizabeth). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McPeek Hoekstra Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service (133 S Prospect St, Granville, OH 43023). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Edward the Confessor (785 Newark Granville Rd, Granville, OH 43023).

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society C/O The Church of St. Edward the Confessor.
