He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sullivan and Irma Sullivan; his brother Melvin; and his son-in-law Arthur Martin. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Sullivan; his children, Michael Sullivan (Janice) and Deborah Martin; his granddaughter Miranda Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa and Nevaeh; his sister Patricia Fosdick; and his sister-in-law Barbara Sullivan.
