We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2020, at the age of 79, Jean Francis Jakobowski (Granville, Ohio), born in New Britain, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Powelzyk and Eva Powelzyk (Wosilis); and her brother John Powelzyk. She is survived by: her son Dean; her daughter-in-law Dominique Jakobowski of Granville; her grandchildren, Avery, Luke and Anna; her brother Jim Powelzyk of Winsted, CT; and her nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Patricia, Jack and Greg. She is also survived by her son, daughter in law and grandchildren.
