With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Louise Derr of Granville, Ohio, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2024 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Wintermyer and Savilla Wintermyer (Thomas); her brother William Wintermyer; her son-in-law Joe Nigro; and her grandson Joseph Nigro.
She is survived by: her husband Don Derr; her children, Phyllis D'Amato (Sam), Margie Nigro, Cassie Weaver (Jim) and Dave Derr (DeAnna); her grandchildren, Kate Wollenberg (Steven), Michael Weaver (Ashley), Jimmy Nigro (Fallon), Steven Nigro (Fiona), Danny D'Amato, Sarah Williams (Steven), Paul Elmore (Suzanne), Michael Elmore (Becky), Renee Derr (Zach Boggess), Taylor, Amberly and Paige Griesse; her great grandchildren, Corey, Carly, Cooper, Joseph, Patrick, Charlie, Max, Thomas, Rylee, Greyson, Dani, Hannah, Jace, Jaren, Emma, Evie, Levi and Dakota; her siblings, Alvin Wintermyer (Eileen McCann) and Carol Sue McClusky; and her nieces and nephews, Gail Sunderland Fannasy, Joey Cole, Julie, David Wintermyer, Dotty Maddock, Donnie and Dickie Derr.
