He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack E. Warrington, Sr. and Helen English (Buckingham); and his stepdaughter Shelly Maxfield. He is survived by: his wife Anita Warrington (Woodyard) of Newark; his son Jason Warrington of Cleveland; his grandsons, Alex and Evan Warrington; his stepgranddaughters, Jaimie Williams (Shawn) and Jessica Maxfield (Shane Eskins); and his siblings, Cinda Browning (Larry), Patricia Lightle (Kenneth) of Centerburg, Stephanie Warrington Leinenbach and Richard Knisley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
