He is survived by: his parents, Katie Perry (Cianci) and Ethan Perry; his brother Everett Perry; his grandparents, Sheree Perry, Kate and Mark Cianci; his great-grandparent Janet McParland; his aunts and uncles, Nick, Hannah Cianci, Christopher, Beth Perry, John Cianci and Gianna Colello; his brother Eli Joseph; his cousins, Ella Harper and Christian Ryan; his grandfather S. Joel Perry Jr.; his great-aunts, Mary Pat, Pat and Pam; his great-uncle Paul; and his great-grandparents, Nick, Gloria Cianci, Dr. John McParland, Kathryn "Mick", Stanley Joel Perry Sr., Helen and Edward Arinsmier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 785 Newark Granville Rd, Granville, OH 43023, or to the Granville Recreation District PO Box 483, Granville, OH 43023. Donations will be used to help with improvements and upkeep of the outdoor Stations of the Cross area at St. Edward's, and a bench and tree in memory of Isaiah at Wildwood Park along the T.J. Evans Trail.
