We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2022, at the age of 75, Eugene Marion Simmers of Granville, Ohio, born in Newark, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles Eugene; his siblings, Rickey Harold Simmers and Susan Jo Simmers; and his son-in-law Donald R. Brooks. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Brooks (Simmers), Jill Simmers and Tracy Lindley; his grandchildren, Brandon Spellman, Alexandra Simmers (Kalib Wells), Nathaniel Brooks (Kaitlyn DeNune), Christian Brooks, Elizabeth Samson Clark (Haven) and Victoria Simmers; his great grandchildren, Hunter Simmers-Wells, Kainan Brooks and Myles Brooks; and his pets, Rascal and Annie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
