He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lewis and Ethel Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Jennifer Lewis (Mike Moore), Sharon Federico (Ronald) and Patrick Lewis (Molly Maher); his grandchildren, Emily and Abby Federico; and his sister Helen Wolford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to the Kiwanis Club of Granville, P.O. Box 133, Granville, OH 43023.
