He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wade and Helen Marie Wade (Waugh). He is survived by: his great grandchild Izzy; his wife Oletta Sue Wade (Bond); his children, Annette Blair (Ken) of Granville and Jeff Wade of Newark; his grandchildren, Morgan Blair, Heather Walton (J. R.), Kendra Blair, Lauren Sikora (John), Hanna Wade, Rachel Wade and Arin Wade; his great grandchildren, Wade Walton and Isabelle Kalash; his siblings, Roger Wade (Linda) of Florida, Keith Wade of Newark and Debra Hess (Denny) of Newark; and his uncle Bud Waugh (Marty) of Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
