He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis W. Hatem and Margaret Eileen Hatem (Stalter); and his sister Teresa A. Hatem. He is survived by: his wife Carla D. Hatem (Sherwood); his son Shawn M. Hatem (Melisa); his stepsons, Robert A. Schein Jr. (Liz), Brian A. Schein and James A. Schein (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Lily, Ellen, Colton, Beau, Julie, Isla and Dominic; his siblings, Louis "Ed" Hatem (Patty), Angie Barringer (Mark), Paula Cotterman (Dave), Lisa Cozad (Bill) and Patti Hayes (Jerry); his uncles, Monsignor Anthony Missimi and Dominic Missimi (Nancy); and his aunt Judy Stalter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
