He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Heatwole, Arthur Nelson and Joyce Sullivan (Ron); and his uncle David Heatwole. He is survived by: his parents, Lynn Heatwole and Christopher J. Nelson; his siblings, Erik, Katie Thompson and Ella Nelson; his stepmother Stephanie Nelson; his grandmother Mary Lou Heatwole; his uncles, Mark Heatwole (Annette), Dave Nelson and Mike Nelson; his aunt Lorelei Toliver; and his cousins, Kara, Morgan, Peyton Heatwole, Sarah, Cassie Nelson, Jamie Levingston and Al Dilorenzo.
