She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Franklin (Gabe) and Agnes M. Cartnal (Fleming); her husband Charles William Watts; and her brothers, Jacob H. Cartnal and Kenneth Cartnal.
She is survived by: her sons, Philip J. Watts (Barb) and Steven L. Watts (Nance); and her grandchildren, Claire L. Watts, Gregory T. Watts, Brooke Thieken (Dan) and Brett Watts. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Centenary United Methodist Church or to the Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio.
