She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Abbott and Rosa Ruth Abbott (Gill); her husband Charles Irving; her granddaughter Shana Mueller; and her stepgrandson Michael Neuenschwander.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Mueller (Charles), Joan Hoffman (Alvin), Chuck Irving (Sue) and Patrick Irving (Sue); and her brother Emerson Abbott. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions in Phyllis's memory may be gifted to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
