With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luz McCready of Grand Rapids, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2024 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Luz McCready to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James "Jim" McCready; her sisters, Nenet Banggad (Saturnino), Alda Bringas, Editha Claro (Armando), Irene Bringas, Emie Boyer (Martin) and Zeny Bringas (Lilian); her parents, Mariano Beralde Bringas and Serafina Batoon Bringas; and her brothers, Florencio "Flor" Bringas, Leonardo "Leo" Bringas and Nonette Bringas.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hanneman Funeral Home - Grand Rapids (24084 W Second St, Grand Rapids, OH 43522). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (14010 S River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522).
In lieu of flowers, Luz requested donations to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Patrick Providence in Grand Rapids.
