She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Carter and Henrietta Carter (Barnett); and her sisters, Doris Shock, Mildred Brown and Arlene Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Thomas (Julie), Cynthia Creps (Robert) and Laura Brown (Tom); her grandchildren, Emily Wesley, Jillian Green (Brett), Eric Creps (Brittany), Katherine Brown, Joseph Thomas, Tommy Brown and Johnathan Thomas; her great grandchildren, Quintin, Dominic, Ryla Wesley and Evelyn Green; and her siblings, James Carter (Sharon), Marie Powell and Judith Gallup.
