He is survived by: his wife Connie Fitzsimmons (Ballard); his stepdaughter Karen Magrum (Josh); his siblings, Beth Strobel and Kelly Box; his nieces and nephews, Hope Rice (Rob), Zach Fitzsimmons, Donna Stevenson (Matt), Mary Anderson, David Anderson (Monica), Jake Box (Kelli), Grace and Elijah Box; his sister-in-law Cathy Pontious (Rick); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Justin and Isabel Magrum.
