He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Edna May Delay; his wife Linda Plesz; his children, Rich Warren (Michele), Tama Justen (Chris Bacho), Crystal Hysell (Ryan) and Wayne Elkins, Jr.; his grandchildren, Richard Warren Jr., Ed Borris (Taylor Olson), Makayla Borris, Amanda Warren, Aubrie Hysell, Lily Hysell, Blake Justen, Jonah Bacho and Austin Bacho; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Tristen, Liam, Ashton, Silas, Tristan, Camryn and Kennedi. He was also cherished by extended family and dear friends.
