"Kat"; his children, Heather Simpkins of Amherst, Jeena Setlock (Nathan Boskovich) of Parma, Cody Miller (Jackie) of Amherst and Johnny Setlock (Andrea) of Spencer; his grandchildren, Silas, Vinny, Wyatt, Aiden and Keiran; his siblings, Lisa (Chris), Misty, Mikey, Michael (Barb) and Eddie; and his pet Baxter.
