He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta; his son Timothy Allen Blankenship; and his parents, Leonard Blankenship and Elsie Blankenship. He is survived by: his sons, Russell (Amber) of Sheffield and Ronald (Kristy) of Grafton; and his grandchildren, Wesley, Janelle, Jennifer and Abigail. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
