She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Meagan Smith, Tyler and Ryan Smith; her mother Dorothy Buzek; and her siblings, Beverly Brich (John), Rita Garrett (Steve), Dorothy Layner (Ronald), Patricia Wittine (Robert), Carol Hefner (Dennis), Regina Filippelli, Ruth Cordy (David), Robert Buzek (Pamela), Kenneth Buzek (Debbie) and John Buzek (Gina).
Per CDC guidelines, social distancing and facial coverings will be required.
