She was predeceased by: her birth parents, Michel Berger and Annabelle Chisholm Ream; her adoptive parents, Bonabelle Cassidy and Jess Cassidy; her husband Jack Chavalia; and her siblings, Lewis Wilhelm, William Ream, Michel Berger Jr., Martha Preston, Joan Blaschke, Clifford Ream Sr., Bill, Anne Cassidy, Wayne Cassidy, Pat and Dana Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph (Pam Chavalia), Michele (Jay Squire), Michael (Wendy Chavalia) and Jack Chavalia of Grafton, OH.; her grandchildren, Rachel, Gordon Potter, Stephane, Brett Shupe, Jeffery, Ashley Chavalia, Michael Chavalia, Evan Dull, Angela, Craig Rundio, Kristi, Brad Fullerton, Nicole and Jason Mills; her great grandchildren, Emily, Faith Shupe, Nolan Potter, Casen Chavalia, Dustin, Blaine Smith, Kendal Jordan, Alana Valentine, Kayla Mills, Braxton, Kolt Rundio, Gunner and Scout Fullerton; and her great great grandchild Penelope Jordan.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grafton United Methodist Church.
