She was predeceased by: her son Aiden Wade; and her aunt Debbie Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Austin and Hailey; her parents, Bill Evans (Gloria) of Elyria and Sandy Thomas of Missouri; her significant other Gary Narolewski of North Royalton; her sister Melissa Evans of Grafton; and her grandmother Rita Gumto of Parma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
