She is survived by: her husband Gordon; her sons, Brian Sooy (Lisa), Mark Sooy (Elisabeth) and Eric Sooy (Julie); her grandchildren, Ian, Alyssa, Estelle, Ashlea, Gordon, Trevor, Meredith and Phoenix; and her brother Richard Cherba.
